Are you ready to make a change in your weight loss strategy, but don't know where to turn? That answer isn't as tricky, or even as easy as many big weight loss conglomerates and diet product pushers try to convince you. Weight loss is simple physics - All you need to do is keep sight of your goals, and stay organized. You can lose 8 pounds every month, easily and permanently, without spending a bunch of money on fitness routines and diet pills.

It's simple: All you need to do is keep up a negative-calorie diet. That may sound terrifying, but it definitely is not. To get started with this, you need to get rid of the fear of the unknown. Exactly how many calories are you eating every day to maintain your current weight? To figure this out, all you need to do is add up the calories on everything you take in (including drinks) every day, then average it out. From this total number, you've got your "maintenance calories". From this amount, simply subtract a few hundred!

It's easy to do this without sacrificing the foods you love. A few hundred calories can be cut out very easily - just look at your sugar intake. If you drink pop, switch to diet. A can of soda has almost 200 calories in one can, and sugar will bloat you up worse than even fat. If you drink sugary fruit juices, they're just as bad for your diet. Try switching to teas, and sweeten them with splenda if you can't handle the lack of sweetness (totally understandable). You can go on eating the same foods you do day in day out - If you don't notice the change, the weight loss is permanent.

Notice how you haven't had to buy diet pills, products, or an expensive gym membership with this plan? All it takes is a little big of organization. For more on this as well as a sample at-home workout routine visit Budget Living
