Losing Weight? How to Make Sure You Don't Have Loose Skin When it Comes Off

When you set out to lose weight, you simply set out to lose weight. There's nothing on your mind beyond this. However, you should actually consider what you're doing. If you diet the wrong way, you're going to end up losing more lean muscle mass and water weight than fat, which will end up in not only unsustainable weight loss, but a sickly, squishy physique that nobody desires.
When cutting calories, sugar is the number one enemy. When you consume sugar, your body stores fat via an insulin response. You can start by switching sugary drinks to either teas, or tea sweetened with splenda. Green tea is a great choice because it boosts your metabolism and decreases appetite. You should also cut down on bad fat, and simple carbs, such as bleached bread and white rice.
It's important to eat more lean meat. While you shouldn't eliminate carbs (which is unhealthy and miserable), make sure you're getting a good source of protein in with every meal, and try to eat only protein and a fibrous carb (such as broccoli or beans) before bed. This way you'll lose 90% fat, 10% water, and retain the lean natural muscle mass lurking underneath your fat.
